No Spag All Bol!

Don’t get the cheapest, get the best its worth it.  this dish is great for a family meal – except they have the pasta and you don’t

fry mince, onion, mushrooms in olive oil.  add herbs of your choice – i prefer herbs de provance for an italian feel but it works equally well with a bit of chilli powder.

add 1/2 tin of tomatos

carb count: 1.2 tin of tomatos = 6

mushrooms approx 0.3 carbs cooked per tbsp  so 4 mushrooms = 2 carbs

onion 1/4″ thick slice = 3 carbs

total =11 carbs

tip tip:slice a courgette into ribbons for that spaghetti feel – don’t forget to add the carbs
