This is a great snack, it is quick – only takes 10 mins

Mama Lupe Tortilla – 3 carbs

mozzerella – 0.6 per oz

at this point you can add as much or little as you like

pepperoni or salami – 1 carb per oz

tomato – 6 carbs for a full one – you might use half

mushroom – 2 carbs per decent size mushroom – you will only need one

ham  – zero

so choose from the above to make as low carb a pocket pizza as you would like.

dry fry the tortilla on one size in a hot frying pan until it begins to bubble

turn the heat low immediately whilst you add your ingredients so as not to burn the tortilla

turn the tortilla over to the other side

on one half add the cheese and the other ingredients of your choice


turn heat to max and fry on both sides
